Tried to get Over the stove fan fixed. The tech came over said needed a new motor. Told him to order one. Not having hears from him in a week called them. They told me "part is on back order" would be ready by June 12. Called them a week prior was advised that the part was back ordered. They would contact me. Not having heard by June 10th, called them they said "the part is no longer available, discontinued" After a month of waiting and being MISLEAD to we decided to hire someone else. THEY NEVER TOLD US THE TRUTH, over Three times they said someone would call, however never received a call, If we had waited the world would have ended. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR STAY AWAY.
