The technician promptly confirmed this and assured us that replacing the heating element would resolve the problem, for which they charged us approximately $500. However, the issue persisted even after the repair. Upon complaining, they sent the same technician, who, despite being certified, seemed unfamiliar with basic diagnostic procedures for the dishwasher. During his second visit, he suggested that the drying vent or even the motherboard might be the issue, contradicting his initial diagnosis. When questioned about why these possibilities weren't mentioned earlier, he claimed that no technician in Canada could accurately diagnose the problem without replacing parts. As an engineer myself, I know there are standard inspection procedures before proposing a solution. I cannot recommend this place for any repairs. Additionally, my experience with their customer service was disappointing, as the dispatching lady I spoke with was extremely rude and lacked professional ethics. I intend to file a consumer complaint under the Consumer Protection Act to ensure a refund for the unsatisfactory service provided.
