Tried to reschedule, but a 'Now Its Clean' manager refused to reschedule to the following week stating this was communicated in the initial confirmation email (which it was not).
I'm not prepared to do business with companies that are inflexible to their customers needs. Paid cash in advance (which should have been a red flag !) so I assume I will lose my $250.
