Let's Get Moving Vancouver

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this moving company. Despite providing clear instructions, the movers arrived late and caused damage to the property, specifically the P1 ceiling signage, which I had to repair at my own expense ($387.85).

The movers also misrepresented the distance from the loading area to the elevator (a short 10-step distance) and exaggerated the labor hours, even though my husband assisted with disassembling and moving large items. A video and confirmation from the building manager at the destination show that the movers had easy access, yet they inflated both travel and labor time.

Furthermore, the movers damaged several pieces of furniture, including a dresser leg and a standing lamp. I expect compensation for these items, as well as adjustments to the excessive labor charges.

I strongly urge management to address these issues with their team, as this experience did not meet basic standards of customer service or professionalism, no solution is provided ever since

They have been using bandid solution, dragging the costumer services process as long as possiable, calling me with threating voice, saying that they DO NOT CARE EVEN WE ARE LEAVING NAGATIVE REVIEW , NO PROPER ANSWER since we filed this complaint , it has been almost a month, still no solution.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY CAN STILL STAY OPERATING WITHIN CANADA UNTIL NOW.
