Very happy with the tile work, however, there was a total lack of communication throughout the project.
We asked them to hang the shower rod after renovating and the worker agreed but left without doing it. We spoke to Alex, and he responded with this was not in the contract according to the boss and we shouldnt shoot the messenger. I would have happily paid for this service, however, it was poorly communicated and handled after.
The drywall around the pot light was cut incorrectly, leaving a gap. Again, spoke to Alex and the boss was out of town and because of this, they are unable to fix this problem. They said 100% they will fix when they can. Its been nearly a month and we have not heard anything back.
Because of the inconsistent communication, we would not recommend them.

As much as I understand, you are satisfied with the work we have done with the tiles. And there are no major problems except the space near the downlight.
We really tried to make the project clean and efficient.
In addition to the work specified in the contract, we have done a few things for you for free, as a gift.During the last inspection, you accepted the job and thanked us.
Also, during the final inspection, the hole was not there and I can’t imagine how it could appear there through our fault a few days later.
Despite this, we were ready to come and fix it when the working schedule would allow us.But based on your review, I don't think I have to.
