Vivid assisted me with a number of different electrical projects, including installation of pot lights, rerouting wiring, and adding an outlet and overhead light. Andrew was very responsive and professional. I was on a fairly tight timeline when I first contacted Andrew and he was able to get someone on his team (Nolan) out to get started in short order. Nolan showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He checked in with us on every decision point and offered great advice along the way. I will not hesitate to use Vivid again for future electrical projects.

We have been repeat customers with Vivid electric over the past couple of years. Andrew and his team are meticulous, professional, efficient, and provide high quality work. They have completed a versatile set of projects all to our satisfaction over the past two years and we keep asking them to return. They have assisted us in washroom fan installation, kitchen new electrical outlets and rewiring, electrical wiring and pot lights of our basement renovation, pot lights of our outdoor gazebo, new lighting and electrical outlets in our backyard renovations, and back up generator set up and wiring. We have dealt with a fair number of trades throughout these renovations and Andrew and his team at Vivid truly standout in the way they interacted with us and carried out the projects. Andrew took time to understand what worked for us and our budget. His team was very respectful on site, with excellent quality work and competitive pricing. He has great ideas and an appreciation of highly aesthetic finishes. Would highly recommend.

Andrew and Nolan installed my outside pot lights. They were very professional and courteous. They even accommodated a side project which was not in the original plan. The lights looks great. Highly recommended. Will call them for my next project.

I had a number of small electrical problems. Everything was working well after a visit from Nolan!

I had done some electrical work on potlights on the 2nd floor, light switches , a basement light install, outside light replacements, post light installation, extending lights in backyard. I provided all the outside lights for this project.

I had a very positive experience with Vivid. Andrew was very responsive to my initial request and after exchanging some info and photos, he also came over to inspect to very the estimates for me. He kept to his commitment and his team was on site on the day we agreed and the job was completed to my satisfaction within 2 days.

Andrew gave good thought to my setup and proposed solutions. Nolan who was on site all the time worked diligently to complete the work and left the site clean when complete.

In addition to their work and being competent and diligent about what they do, they were also very personable and trustworthy. I always felt that the solutions were always in my best interest. Whenever I had some question or need clarification, they set aside the time to provide me the answers to ensure I was ok.

Exceptional and courteous customer service. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly at the last minute even though they were fully booked at the time I called.

Called Andrew on Friday and he was there on Monday to help us do the electrical for our new swim spa (like a hot tub but bigger). Andrew was extremely professional throughout the process and arrived on time and did an incredible job on the wiring (it blends right in with the existing).
