Have reached out to Darrell a few times on different issues and he has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently had him out to take care of a wasp nest and he was there the next day, on time and great communication. Definitely would recommend!

After using Ali in the summer for an A/C repair I called him today again as our furnace started making a really loud noise. He was over in 15 minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Once installed the noise stopped and we were back in business!

I found ProLand from their reviews on Homestars and because they were near to my location. Called Ali in the morning and he was here a few hours later. I had tried replacing the capacitor myself but it didnt fix the problem. Ali quickly was able to identify that the gas had a leak and topped it back up and fixed the valves that were leaking. He was also very helpful with questions about some other issues we had in the house and took the time to answer everything. Great honest service and definitely recommend!

Called Andrew on Friday and he was there on Monday to help us do the electrical for our new swim spa (like a hot tub but bigger). Andrew was extremely professional throughout the process and arrived on time and did an incredible job on the wiring (it blends right in with the existing). Will definitely contact Vivid Electric again for future electrical work!

Met with Andrew a few years back at a house I had for sale and needed a quote for removing a few trees. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with and quoted extremely fairly on the job.

Barbara was amazing at accommodating a last minute request when every staging company in the city seemed to be booked up. She made my listing look amazing and my client (the seller) was very happy with the results. Will definitely work with Barbara again!

I can't say enough great things about Emran! Not only did he show up with less than 24 hours to install a dishwasher on a Friday night, he even helped give us recommendations on how to resolve a problem with some corroded pipes. He and his partner were super polite and had the dishwasher in and the old one out in no time. Excellent service!
