Servicemaster was contacted by our insurance company to take care of sewage back up cleaning and appraisal. The work itself was fine, however they are deceitful about their charges. Ex: they charged nearly 2500 to "evaluate" and get rid of 500$ worth of damaged items. When asked for explanations by email you will wait a long time /never get a reply.
