Poor workmanship, unresponsive

Terrible work, the surface of the driveway looked rough on 1st day itself. Was assured will look better as it cures. Its exactly the 1 year mark now and the surface has become uneven, rough and continues to worsen.
Umpteen calls made but either not answered or hurried assurance made of coming over to inspect and then radio silence. Should have sprung for a more expensive job and got it right the first time.
Horrible, do not waste your time or money.
