I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the carpet cleaning services I received from GS Carpet Solutions. The quality of the work performed by GS Carpet Solutions was well below acceptable standards, and I am profoundly disappointed with the results.
Firstly, the carpets were not cleaned thoroughly. Despite their claims of professional service, there are visible stains and dirt patches remaining. The overall appearance of the living room and dining room carpets is hardly improved from their original state before your team arrived. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable and suggests a lack of professionalism and expertise.
In addition, your customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful in addressing these issues. I have attempted to reach out multiple times to discuss these problems, yet I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. This disregard for customer concerns only adds to my frustration and dissatisfaction.
Due to the poor quality of service and the lack of support from your team, I feel it necessary to inform you that I will be posting a different complaint every day on various platforms, complete with photos documenting the poor condition of my carpets after your service. This will include social media, online review sites, and community forums. I believe it is important to warn potential customers about the substandard work and unprofessional conduct exhibited by GS Carpet Solutions.
I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly and take corrective actions to improve your service quality and customer support. Failing to do so will only further damage your reputation and dissuade future customers from considering your services.
All this because you refuse to spent a ½ hour to fix YOUR problem.
