poor work habits, overcharged, slow

Steven talks a big talk but is poor in delivering. He was very slow, left garbage inside the floor (including a piece of cast drain), didn't want to be on site for the building inspector, forgot to vent drain work (another inspection required), forgot to supply water to the toilet, left work that needed to be modified to finish the project.
Changed his charges when I questioned his work. Claims that I added work that was requested in the original request.
