Hamed and Shahzeb were amazing technicians who installed a heat pump, electric water heater and new smart thermometer. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain their work to me and ensured that I had a clear understanding of how the products all worked. They were patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions. They were flexible to my schedule to accommodate for getting the work done in a timely manner without rushing through the job.
The customer service technician called to provide updates throughout the process and answered several of my questions as well.
The sales representative, Ferdaws, was very receptive. They confirmed the installation appointment, followed up with me through the process and explained as well how everything would work.
I highly recommend this team!

In September I was sold on Provincial Smart Home. I was told that I would get $XX,XXX in rebates, and that after the work was done it would take a maximum of 12 weeks to see my rebates come through.

I signed up, and that is where the trouble started.
Without vetting the work or waiting for the Auditors pre inspection, the company scheduled the installers to come. The installers were here when the Auditor came who said I might not be eligible for any rebates since the installers had already moved most of the old equipment - which I was then told by my sales person and another person at the company that they would 'guarantee my rebate' - which the work was 75% done, so I didn't have much choice but to proceed.

It is now February, and I have not heard from the Auditor for the post inspection and am being told it might be another month before he comes. I have also now been told it will take anywhere from 6-8 months for my rebate.
I have called at least once a week since December, and keep getting told 'someone will call you back'.
All with Provincial Smart Home Services telling me it is not their fault, as they are reliant on the Government, and that there are not enough Auditors for all the work that needs to be assessed.

I have been making multiple service calls and nothing was fulfilled.
Since heat pump, water heater installed in my home I have been facing multiple issues and too much stressed due to various problems following
1. High in hydro bills (300% increased)
2. No efficiency in heating
3. Family members fallen sick due to low heat.
4. No agreed Bill credit for hydro was happened.(2000k) waiting for more than three months.
5. No water but out and getting penalties from Kitchener utilities since OCT.(wrongly suggested for heater electric due to that high electricity consumption in water usage )
6.No initiation done for provincial debate program.
7. High stress & frustration spoiling my health due to this wrong decision of heat pump installation

Note: Promptly financed amount is debit from my bank account monthly twice since once OCT.
