you cruelly took advantage of us and upsold us units we did not need in the first place. I will be filing a complaint consumer's complaint board as well as contacting our lawyer first thing on Monday to submit a court claim.
You sold us an oversized water tank that we don't need. There are smaller units similar to the size (gallons) we had before (50 gallons gas water tank) you installed 65 gallons without our full understanding and acknowledgement. The same goes for the heat pump where uou installed a 4-5 ton unit for our house we would be fine smaller one.
The prices quoted and sales pitch guarantees drastically differ from the end result.
No model or description of the equipment installed so we could not make a sound decision but were put on the spot upon installation when all our own equipment had been already removed and disassembled. No detailed invoice and financial documents were provided prior to the start of the installation. Misleading information regarding loan interest, term and the actual cost of equipment was provided three times! And every time is different. No documentation on so-called promised equipment protection was provided upon multiple requests.
And the fact that sales rep used the term federal loan program which is in fact consumers' debt protection/debt consolidation as we have to default on your companys loan in order to qualify for it rather than an actual Green Canada loan (for which we need to be approved prior to installation and not one year after the installation). Meaning you proposing defaulting on payments affecting my credit score as per your statement (which was recorded) Well your credit score is good anyway so it won't affect it much
All this would be submitted and reported as fraud as well.
As per the prices listed in so called invoice that you gave us without offering any other options or models on equipment your company installed and sold.
