My air conditioner was leaking, so I put a service request notice on HomeStars. Erfan contacted me right away and was able to schedule a prompt appointment. He was clear about his fees up front and there were no surprises. He was very knowledgeable and in addition to finding the problem immediately (coil was extremely dirty, drain port was plugged up causing the leak, filter had not been changed and needed to be replaced) he was able to provide the service and the filters I needed straight away. He even taped the seams of my unit (which should have been by the original installation team). I wouldn't hesitate to contact Erfan again should I have any concerns with my HVAC system.
