Erfan with Kanata Development Inc. wasn't the first contractor to inspect the 2 furnaces and 2 hot water tank heaters in this complex, but he was the one who actually verified that one furnace has a defective heat exchanger, by measuring the carbon monoxide emissions at the vent. Since they were off the chart he ordered an immediate shutdown. A space heater for 2 nights was a better option than CO poisoning and within 2 days he and his coworker installed a new furnace, hot water heating tank, verified functionality and serviced the second furnace and installed a new humidifier. This was a hard job in a tight, cramped closet space. I observed how hard they worked and the pride they showed in performing their job. Erfan returned a few days later to deliver 2 boxes of air filters. He is knowledgable, competent, and provides instruction along the way. A+++!
