Steve at Titanium is a great guy and a great talker but hell take your money and run. We hired him in May 2021 to reno our ensuite and after some really shoddy work and less than half way through the reno, we let him go the first week of July. he is not properly trained or certified to be doing ANY in home Renos. We paid him $6000 for work and supplies to date with more owed when the job was done. But there was a problem with his timing so we had to hault work and get someone else in to check it at which time we were told it was not done properly so we had to hire a prof to re do it all. Same with the plumbing and any other work he had done. He did complete tiling of our new shower (as seen in pic) which looked good but it all had to be ripped out (twice) because the floor was moving and it wasnt properly waterproofed. And any plumber can look at the picture and see its not plumbed properly. It ended up costing another 9000 to properly finish it on top of what we paid Steve. Steve was aware of the mistake with the tiling and agreed to refund us. To date he has paid us back $2500 from the 6000. He keeps telling us hes waiting for this job or that job to finish, or hes just waiting for this money or that money to come in. We filed a complaint with the BBB so it will be on record. Hope nobody else gets sucked in by his niceties. Check accreditation- Steve has none.
