Safaa agreed to install new vinyl flooring in my basement, which included pouring self-leveling concrete in the bathroom. He also provided me with a quote for tiling my shower.
The self-level work was completed in the fall. The bathroom was not sealed off properly and I had self-level seep into a neighboring room. Unfortunately, the floor was still not level and maintained a large slope. Safaa assured me that he would fix the issue as he but after 3 months of trying to get Safaa to come by to fix the issue, he stopped returning my calls and messages. He also never came to install the flooring.
When providing me with a quote to tile my shower, Safaa wasn't aware of the process on how to waterproof a shower before tiling (tape & red guard). This was very concerning for me as this needs to be done for the shower not to fail. I went with someone else.

thank you for your feedback sir. All things that I can say about this:I respect your opinion for sure, no body from any company take time with you as I did . Over 5-6 visits wasting time just because you need to solve the problem cheap and properly in same time. homestars contractors always they make people happy and acceptable price, but not to get use us.
