From start to finish, the company had our interests in mind and never endeavored to upsell us on anything. On the contrary, Wiiliam, the person-in-charge of the company, took his initiative to upgrade the baseboards from three inches to four inches and the doors from four-panel to two-panel without asking us for extra money. It was William who visited our home and provided us a layout based on measurements and observations made that day. He spent quite some time with us and answered all our questions. The layout he presented to us on that day was so comprehensive and that we all expected a newly finished basement which is cozy and spacious could be built with minimal disruptions and chaos. It took approximately two weeks for the company to start the works. The team led by William was courteous, dedicated and skillful in all areas of works including framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, sanding, flooring, painting, not to mention their excellent customer services. All-in-all, every piece of work was carried out in a manner demonstrating that it was well planned, the company hired highly skilled workers to carry out the job. It was on time, neat and clean. Throughout the course of work, William was easy to get hold of and hes very responsive. Prior to the time the project was about to finish, we were invited to view and comment before they put the finishing touch. The project carried out by the company was professional, neat, and pocket-friendly. To warp it up, Longshi Renovation Inc has done a remarkable job for us and we have no reservation in recommending the company to anyone looking for a high-quality finished basement.
