Sam is great! He is friendly and knowledgable. In addition to recommending the appropriate sealant for our job, he took his time with cleaning our patio and applying the sealant. Following the completion of the service, we had a few more questions on aftercare, and he quickly responded to our inquiries providing us the necessary information. We will definitely be using Sam's services for other project in our home. I would definitely recommend Sam for your home needs!

Sam was very professional and provided the perfect solution to an otherwise eyesore area in the backyard. The finished project is now an excellent destination area in the backyard and a great water garden feature thats visible and accessible from the family room. Sam is also very knowledgeable and provided great resource on the ponds maintenance which adds to the ponds ease of use. We are very pleased with the fence Sam and his team constructed in our backyard. They were careful to work around the garden and had to dig out some deep tree roots. They installed a gate and made sure it was well anchored and stable. All in all a great result.

We bought a new hottub in Nov 2021 and needed to have a concrete pad installed to support it. Biggsam worked around inclement weather and cold to get the pad laid and ready for our new purchase. We also expanded the original project to include extending the deck roof to cover the new hottub pad.
Biggsam completed the work and did a great job in a reasonable budget. They worked in a tight timeline and unpredictable weather. We really enjoy our new spa.
