Vittorio responded to my request within an hour and we hired him to come the next day to fix our noisy furnace. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that needed to be replaced (inducer motor) and fixed it the next day. He explained the cost in detail, and I found him to be honest and reliable.
