Contacted them to remedy vibration in a split unit AC and heat pump. They quickly and correctly identified the problem (lack of rubber bushings) and told us that it is better to wait for spring, as fixing it in winter is much more expensive ($1500.00 versus $500.00) as the refrigerant is hard to deal with when it is below 15 degrees C outside.
They gave us the service call free of charge and we will be having them back in the spring to fix the problem.
These folks understand these split units and can quickly diagnose them. Highly recommend them!
