Chris and Austin were great. They showed up on time. Did a very detailed inspection from top to bottom. Inspected the garage door opener and noticed a safety mechanism were missing. They left the place the same way they found it.

This is the second time we had Chris do our home inspection and we couldn’t be happier. He is knowledgeable, patient and the report is very thorough and detailed.
