Wilk's Pools, Ponds & Patios

I was referred to Braeden to hv my filter hose connector repaired as it was leaking. I found him personable on our 1st meeting, & he did the repair, shortly thereafter I ctc'd him to advs I wanted to close the pool in the next wk or so, & awaited his reply ! I heard nothing, so I msg'd him again & again & still No Reply !? Well,...it took 2 wks & many msgs he finally answered & told me he had decided he wasn't going to do closings ! I was livid, saying why did he not inform me earlier when I ctc'd u wks ago, than leaving me last minute scrambling to find another end of season & last min. ! Crazy,y !
To top it off, the Repair he did started to leak again & I ctc'd him again to tell him it needed a Re-Repair & the glue didn't hold, & again he didn't reply, & still hasn't to date ( 19 Oct 23 ) I still havn't been able to find someone else so we'lll just have to leave it till next yr I guess! This all just left us wks behind closing & of course the additional Hydro/Water costs !
Soooo, No I don't recommend this Co. They don't stand up to their word & don't correspond in a timely manner, if at all !? It was a Bad Experience fir us, maybe you'll get lucky !,
I don't trust people who don't stand by their word !!!

I had a problem with a significant pool leak. I was referred to Braedon to repair the leak from a pool leak detection company. Braedon had to cut through the concrete deck in the location of the leak, replace the underground plumbing, then make good by restoring the concrete deck. Braedon was very good to work with: responsive, friendly and professional, quality work and reasonable price. I was glad he was able to fix my pool leak problem, and I would recommend him to others requiring this kind of help.

I had a few brick and stone companies come to quote on this job. None of them wanted to touch it or they quoted completely unreasonable prices. Braedon came to quote on the job, he took photos and measurements. We discussed my expectations for the project and discussed some of the potential challenges. A day later he presented a quote with a timeline for the project. Braedon started when he promised and finished on time and completed every aspect of project as discussed and quoted. I couldn’t be happier with the final results. I would gladly recommend Braedon for stonework, he is a pleasure to have around the home. A true craftsman and a gentleman. I look forward to recommending Braedon to my personal network as “my stone and concrete guy”.
