We could not be happier with our Homes by Sorensen experience. From the day we purchased the lot right until the day we moved in Axel and Heather were with us the whole way. Our build was a bit tricky as it was on a 25-foot wide, on an illegal back lane, in the flood fringe, and in the airport vicinity regulation. We were also trying to build a 3-story home wedged between 2 single level detached homes. Heather and Axel helped us jump through all the hoops at the city and with the community association that we needed to which really took a lot of stress out of the whole process.

They were both insightful and flexible when it came to the design of the home as well. We leaned on them and their experience, but they were also completely flexible. When there was something we wanted they found and way to make it happen. Heather was also great at keeping us up to date on how we were progressing versus our original budget. When it was all complete, we really got dream home.

They are also knowledgeable in net-zero homes so when we wanted to add solar panels to our home to reduce our energy footprint, they also made that a breeze.

We have now been living here for over 2 years and the quality has really shown. Any deficiencies were addressed in a timely manner, and we have been living here without issue since then.

Homes by Sorensen built an amazing set zero family home for us. Communication was excellent all along the way. The owners were excellent to work with, honest and hard working. Would use them for any future projects without hesitation.
