Horrible non existent service after delivery

Communication and service were great right up until the hottub was delivered and paid for on December 13, 2022. Upon delivery we noticed cracks in 3 of the 4 corner panels on the skirting and a small crack in the shell of the hottub. We were told these issues would be rectified immediately. Both my husband and myself have called and emailed several times and had absolutely no further communication. Unfortunately due to being unable to reach anyone we will be seeking legal action.
