Roof leak and skylight replacement
After a violent storm, water leaked into the interior walls of our upper stairwell. After contacting Diane, she looked at all possible entry points for the water, then brought in a team to perform an Infrared inspection for leaks in the roof, eaves trough, and the north side of our house. After pinpointing the source of the leaks (a poorly installed skylight with cracks in the frame), the original skylight, membrane and surrounding shingles were removed and all replaced. No more leaks! Once everything has dried up inside, Diane will then arrange to fix and paint the inside where there is water damage, but we aren't there quite yet. Through it all, Diane has been absolutely amazing. She is very personable, extremely conscientious, and a bundle of energy. Diane is only satisfied when she does top quality work at a very good price. We couldn't be happier!
