We had a leak in the roof. Diane helped determine the root cause of the problem, and coordinate the repair with the roofer and our tenants in a timely and professional manner.
On another occasion we had a toilet that was rocking a bit. Diane inspected and instantly knew that the seal had to be replaced. She coordinated the repair with the plumber and our tenants. Another job well done.
