Ive worked with maybe contractors and subs over the years across 8 properties. Jeff was NEVER on time, many errors and oversights across his project management. He continuously did not tell the truth about timelines, issues and blamed his crew for many of the issues. The crew had lack of direction and Jeff never communicated basic client expectations. Jeff also never cleaned up the site and I was left to clean up the site to ensure my kids were safe. The job was never finished and Jeff showed up at my home and was aggressive and unprofessional.
Jeff isnt a professional and ethical business owner. Please do your homework before using them.
