Kyle was amazing. We called as we've noticed droppings on our covered deck. Even though we were outside of Kyle's service area, he came and inspected our concern - which turned out to be bats resting in a tiny gap above our awning. Kyle provided recommendations on the remedy, and also did a walk-around to inspect our house to ensure there are no other potential issues (and filled our bait boxes). He had originally quoted us a higher price as we thought the issue was mice related. He adjusted his quote for the service that he provided. We don't normally write reviews, but Kyle's service changed that for us. Hoping he will serve our area soon as we'd be happy for them to be our pest/ animal control go-to.
