Kevin and his team were great. I got quotes from a few contractors to get our basement developed. Not only did Kevin provide the best value, but I had an overall good feeling about him and his partner (Anthony?). They listened to what we wanted and delivered.
This was the first time I've had to hire a contractor so I didn't want to make a mistake. At the time Prolux didn't have a lot of reviews, but the ones the did have were 5 stars so I went with my gut and moved forward.
Communication was excellent, Kevin always replied right away. He listened to everything we wanted and took care of everything. The sub contractors were all pleasant and also listened to what we wanted.
We did most upgrades and happy we did. One of the biggest things was having everything match the rest of the house as if the builders did it. It's bang on! The quality of craftsmanship is top shelf, and Kevin went above and beyond. The project stayed on budget and pretty close timing wise, permits took about a week longer but that isn't Kevin's fault.
I'd absolutely recommend Kevin to friends/family, and would hire him again in the future.
