My wife and I recently bought a new home which did not come with a finished basement. Thus, we set forth to find a good company to have the basement finished.
Right off the bat Proulx's pricing was better than the competition also their time-frame was the shortest to both: start date and overall project length.
Those two criteria were super important to us, so we decided to give them a shot. Once we agreed on a package, work started right away. As for selections one gets to make when finishing a basement, they operate with an online system that makes it very easy as you can choose from a variety of options (i.e. flooring, vanity, mirrors, ceiling finish, etc...) and get an estimate right away. That was another big plus for them.
The work itself was always communicated to us in advance, where Kevin (owner) cared to explain what phase was going to take place and what was it about.
As for his crew, they were very respectful, polite and were always thoughtful about keeping their work out of our daily routines as much as possible since my wife and I have been working from home for a while now.
All in all, the final result left us extremely happy and satisfied! Quality and attention to detail is something Kevin is spot on! cheers for that!
