David responded quickly, explained what they do, gave a base estimate and a scheduled time. The time didn't work because of the weather, he was courteous enough to explain and reschedule twice. He arrived as promised, was very pleasant and easy to work with, could have charged for more work but said it wasn't needed....exceptional response and extraordinary service
