Okay job, demanding immediate tip!

The guy did an okay job, some spot missed on the windows. He demanded immediate payment via cash cheque or etransfer. I paid via etransfer, then he asked for more money and a tip. And he rudely asked for a tip! I just paid 200$ for 20 minutes of work. I don't think so.
