Selling our house in Brampton and our hardwood floors were destroyed by dogs. They refinished them like new! We were really pleased.

I got the quote from them but did not work done. All over good communication experience.

Gary was recommended to me by a friend. He came on time, provided a quote and explained what he would do.
On the given day, Gary did exactly what he promised me what he would do.
The washroom looks amazing. Nice grout work and chaulking all around. My washroom looks likes a million dollars.

I called up 3 companies for a quote regarding cleaning the grout from my basement tiles. I had just moved into this place a month ago and it grout was black. Brian from Clear conditions responded to me promptly and asked me for pictures which I provided. He sent Gary to take a look at the basement to give me a quote. The next week Gary and Jeremy came with their equipment and supplies to clean the grout. Gary said "Don't worry you are in good hands". Yes I was. Their job was impeccable. Gary cleaned the grout from my tiles and the black grout is back to its original grey color. Gary and Jeremy are so pleasant to work with and such amazing team. I was so pleased with their work. My bf came that very day to see the grout cleaning and was so pleased that he called them to see if they could regrout his stand up shower. Right from Brian through Gary they are a great company who take pride in their work and amazing customer service. Very hard to find a company like this now a days. Quick, professional and clean. Very quick to respond.
Moldy, old caulking was replaced and the grout was thoroughly cleaned. In 2 hrs my shower looked brand new. There was no way I'd have been able to do such a thorough job myself.

they siliconed my bathtub and shower and toilet. they did some caulking.
gary did a very good job and was very nice.

Brian set up the appointment with me for within a few days and the technician arrived right on time. John was prepared, professional and polite. He knew exactly what to do with my shower to clean up and replace the grout, and where I needed silicone replaced. He did all the work within a little over an hour. Looks great and I am very happy with the job.
