Working with Walcott has been Amazing, they helped me get my property back under control. They also did a great job renovating all the units with quality materials at a fair price. To finish it off they got me some great tenants. My property is now running smoothly and more valuable thanks to their team!

I brought in Walcott Properties to update one of my rental units with new floors, kitchen cabinets, paint, and bathroom tiling. I am very happy with the speed quality and price of this reno. I already have them working on other projects for me.

Bathroom and sewage pipe replacement

Work was done in good time. This was a small job but was taken care of well and quicker then I expected in these times. Plumbers and contractor were conscientious, jobs were well done and space was left clean. Very happy with service and level of professionalism
