They installed the 10 new windows I ordered last May; however until now the blinds that were originally part of package was never delivered. The sales rep (Nazif) seems nice at first before the deal was closed but expect things will change once you paid full already. Expect you will be making tons of follow ups & hearing lots of alibi. Norden Seal is good but save yourself from dealing sales person that only thinks about what he can get. Dont fall into trap of sweet words.
