I experienced a gas line connection issue and called 2 companies I have worked with in the past for guidance. One wanted to charge me a LOT of money to come out to assess the problem and another told me "it doesn't sound like there's a problem. Check it again".

I decided to try Homestars, as I've had good luck in the past, and Roger from Unicare contacted me immediately with an offer to help me figure out what the problem was.

I was very appreciative of Roger's flexibility when I was interrupted a few times during our initial call, and could tell right away that he was a professional, respectful, helpful person.

When I was able to connect with him outside of business hours, he walked me through the problem and saved me a bundle by guiding me through the issue to resolution.
