Water Filtration & Purification review in

Our hot water tank failed, and we called in Pro West on the Thanksgiving holiday. We contacted several companies, and Pro West charged a lot less (around 1/3) to come in on the holiday, compared to the other companies. This was a very reasonable rate. Pro West recommended replacing the tank (parts would cost a lot, and tank was old). Pro West ordered the replacement tank and scheduled when to replace the tank. On both visits, they were very friendly and professional, and even my cats stopped by to say hello to them, which is rare (they usually hide when there are visitors). We would highly recommend this company.
