Good diagnosis and recommendations
My Frigidaire oven does not heat up inside and 3 of 4 knobs have to push hard to turn off. Edgar adjusted his schedule to accommodate me. Once arrived, he quickly diagnose the problems and provided a quote. Since the oven is 19 years old and the cost for the knob control parts are quite high, he agreed with me that I should probably buy a new one. He then shared his thought on which brand to consider and offer me to call him if I have any further question later. He is truly a pleasure to work with. The service charge of $95 was well worth it. (The service would have been applied to the repair if I wanted to proceed.)
