The $294 was for one of two service calls that Bruce has done for us to repair our very aged Bosch built-in dishwasher. I forget which call the $294 was for but his rates seemed reasonable to me. He is a personable and honest guy who takes pride in his work. I forget what the issue was the first time but he diagnosed it quickly and was able to repair it with parts he had. A year or maybe two later, we had some water pooling in the cabinet under the sink. Bruce went the extra mile to get the tubing needed and was able to repair it the next day. He also attached the hose inside the cabinet far better than it was originally installed. The third time we had an issue he advised us to save ourselves money, that it was time to get a new dishwasher and we took his advice. You can't go wrong calling Bruce for your appliance repair needs.
