I contacted Darrell about mice in my house after a poor experience with another pest control company. I really wish that I had found Darrell earlier. He was professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable and the communication was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the 6 month guarantee and the follow-up visit(s) which were part of his standard service, something the other company did not offer or include. I was left with confidence that he is going to address my issue.
