O.C.D Cleaning Services

I arranged for a deep cleaning after my tenants moved out, over 2 months in advance, paid the deposit and requested an earlier date if available. Early on, owner agreed to an earlier day and did not show up without any notice. Didn't show up next morning as promised and finally did the service late afternoon. The cleaning was poor, missed a few spots which I specifically requested and they unhinged an appliance door and did not let me know. Good thing I noticed but ended up paying to fix that. And refused to acknowledge any of that. I definitely would not recommend their service.

I used OCD cleaning for my parents house who are seniors. We were really satisfied with the cleaning job. They were punctual and very detail oriented with the cleaning.

I got my cleaning done by OCD cleaning and honestly it was the best cleaning Ive ever had..The attention to detail is what I like about OCD cleaning theyre thorough and they clean everything as if theyre cleaning their own homes Im satisfied and cant wait until you guys come in again.

They did an awsome job on their first visit, but after that their quality dropped. Everytime they changed their words. If you want service from them, get them sign a paper what you initially agreed upon. One visit they will say “ok dusting is included in basic cleaning”, second visit they are like dusting is not included. Even in last visit the liquid that sakina used to clean, i see the marks of that liquid everywhere, she sprayed but didn’t wipe it. My washroom wall, mirror and hardwood, i see the satins. Even karima, didnt clean everything that she agreed upon. They are NEVER on time. Also, they have excuse for everything.

The ladies spent 6 Hours for deep cleaning with no time wasting things. Such a good Work and Excellent performance never seen before, as they did nit clean only but organized furniture as well. Definitely am gonna be regular customer.

Karima from o.c.d is amazing!!! My house was a disaster and she got me organized and looking at myself in my tiles. She will leave your place smelling beautiful and looking sparkly. She leaves no rock left unturned, I highly recommend her.
