We worked with Rockem Heavy Equipment Contracting to trench four 4’ x 4’ x 7’ pits for an upcoming home renovation. Franco accommodated our schedule request based on the weather. The day of the dig, he was punctual and worked to ensure he would have the correct machine on site to work within the tight space we had. Rockem Heavy Equipment was hired to excavate two 10 x 10 x 8 holes for cement pads in our backyard. From the initial contact and quick response to the completion of the project, Franco was professional and knowledgeable to his precise machine operation to knowing what materials had to be ordered and the quantity we needed. The front and backyard was left clean and ready to pour the concrete the very next day. We hired Rockem to gut our house, demo our extension and excavate for our new (larger) extension. Franco exceeded our expectations. He was a fantastic communicator, worked incredibly hard and did the job he was hired to do on time and within budget. Of all the trades, he was among the best. I would recommend him to anyone. He is coming back in 2 weeks to regrade me lot for landscaping and pull up my old 100' concrete driveway.
