Dryer vent repair & dryer vent cleaning

Uses this company in the past. We recently moved and the clothes dryer was giving us issue. In the past we went out and bought a new dryer when it was a dryer venting issue. We learnt from last time. We call Vik and his team again. They showed up as scheduled and did what they do. Amazing service and professional. I would recommend Dryer Vent Wizard of East York to anyone who is looking for an honest, trustworthy and reliable company.

Professional, honest and responsive service

Toronto

Had a major issue with my dryer and needed to get vent cleaned in a challenging situation as access to the exhaust was on top of a 4 story townhouse. Vik was an absolute pleasure to speak with on the phone, offering me very honest advice and working around my schedule to find a time that would work. Quintin showed up to do the service and was an absolute professional in every way and a pleasure to deal with. The end result was great problem was taken care of and I can now dry my clothes without worry. Thanks so much for your care and professionalism. Dryer Vent Hole

We had mice coming into the house. Had an animal control person come out and they found a hole in my dryer vent. I immediately searched to call this organization, because I always see their vans driving around. They came the next day and repaired my dryer vent. They also installed a rodent proof dryer vent cover. No more mice so far! Knock on wood.

Upper Floor dryer vent cleaning/Vent replacement

Our service technician Quintin arrived on time, was incredibly polite and professional, explained the work to be done and completed the job in a timely fashion (including the replacement of the exterior vent).

When we looked at the vent from the ground after Quintin left, it didn't look like there was any caulk around the vent. We called and expressed our concern and Quintin was out the next day, put his ladder up to the second floor and took some pictures (our mistake of course- he just used clear caulking). VERY, VERY impressive service to make sure we were satisfied - above and beyond! This company is the REAL DEAL!!!

Outside dryer vent cover replacement

I contacted Vik to get help with installing a dryer vent cover on the second level of our home that would keep squirrels/birds out. Vik was very detailed and provided a very reasonable quote over the phone. He even sent me a picture of the vent cover they promote which has a dual door system that keeps the critters out. An appointment was booked quickly and Quentin showed up on time. He inspected the cover outside as well as the dryer vent inside. He made a couple other service recommendations that I kindly declined. Quentin was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all which was greatly appreciated. He once again verified the price of the service before he started and there were no surprises; quote was same as I received over the phone. Quentin used his own ladder and removed what was left of my old vent cover and installed the new one in less than 20 minutes. Very clean job and he also cleaned up any mess. Excellent service over the phone with Vik and even better experiences with Quentin. A great team that I highly recommend. Very good pricing as well; I called 2-3 other places for quotes.

Dryer vent service

Excellent service. We had no airflow from our dryer vent, causing a burning scent and our clothes were not drying. Harrison went through the possible causes and gave us an estimate before starting the job. Harrison showed us the quantity of lint and buildup in the vent He took the time to ensure all the buildup was removed for proper air flow. He is was friendly and very informative. We will be contacting Dryer Vent Wizard for annual service. We highly recommend them.
