DELIA PAVING & INTERLOCKING LTD

Our experience with Delia Paving & Interlocking LTD has been highly disappointing, and it appears that other customers have faced similar issues with the company not adhering to contract terms. We wish we had paid closer attention to the negative reviews before hiring them for our driveway project.
Initially, in June 2024, a representative from Delia Paving & Interlocking LTD visited our property, took all the necessary measurements, and provided us with a quote for paving our driveway with asphalt. We accepted the offer.
However, two months later, when their workers finally arrived, we were suddenly informed of a new price that was nearly double the original quote. This placed us in a difficult position; we couldn't afford the increased cost, and valuable time had already been wasted waiting for the project to begin. Under pressure, we ultimately agreed to switch to gravel pavement.
After the work was completed, we inspected the driveway and found that instead of gravel, the surface was covered with crushed concrete. In some areas, it resembled solid concrete, while in others, it looked like coarse rocks. This was entirely unacceptable, as the contract specifically stated that gravel would be used. At no point did we agree to or approve the use of crushed concrete.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Delia Paving & Interlocking LTD. They did not honor the original contract terms, and their communication throughout the process was poor and misleading. Save yourself the frustration and consider other, more reliable companies for your paving needs.
