This was a big mistake. Kevin, the contractor did a horrible job. I paid his invoice since I was away and trusted him to complete the work professionally. That didn't happen. The job was terrible and he said he will come back to fix everything but need to paint the house at an extra cost. He never showed as promised and never return my phone calls and text messages. This small job as per Kevin should take 1 week and now it's over 3 weeks and my house is in not setup and totally in a mess . He does not understand customer service, professional work, time management, keeping a promise, returning calls and I can go on and on.

Client wanted a lot more that agreed on in the contract once the job started. Was told and warned before even before start the results of the work. Which he agreed to even though was warned many times the results of certain areas. Also was extremely disrespectful and verbally abusive to our employee Kevin. Tired taking advantage of our guy getting him to do more than expected. Wanted him to work in unsafe conditions. Kept threatening Kevin with a bad review if he did not agree to his terms without price adjustment. We also do not condone such behaviour and dishonesty. Client was shown the results of ever process and given the opportunity to agree or disagree with the advice of our worker on what was needed together it to his liking which he repeatedly declined and continued to say he would be happy which the results because he was unwilling to pay what was needed to achieve to results he wanted. Client wanted to job was completed and balance was due to complain and refused to pay what we agreed on in the contract and throughout the work process.
