Cabinets not as durable as promised

We had our cabinets redone by momentum 18 months ago. The paint is peeling of cupboard doors and was chipping in areas frequently used even though we were very careful. We sent pictures to momentum and they did not gaven the courtesy of responding. Originally the process was to take 19 days from start to finish but it took 6 weeks. The cabinets started to chip almost immediately and are now peeling. For $7000 I would have expected them to last a lifetime. The cabinet refinishing was to be factory quality but it was not.
