My family moved into a new house in 2020. The backyard had two large blue spruce trees that were taller than the house and quite wide. I was concerned about how to manage such large trees and the damage that they were causing to the lawn. I contacted The Urban Arborist
for their expertise, and the service that I received was stellar. For the consultation, Jason arrived on-time and investigated the trees and the surrounding area. He explained and demonstrated that the spruce trees were causing damage to our lawn and to the yards of our neighbours. He recommended that we remove the trees. Once the appropriate permit was in place, Jason arranged for one of his crews to perform the work.
V and Will arrived to carry out the work, and they were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Within two hours, they removed both trees, cleaned up their work area, and cleaned up the path to their truck. Overall, the experience was extremely professional and pleasant. I have some additional work to complete this year, and I am looking forward to working with The Urban Arborist again.
