Hired this company to crack seal and sealcoat our driveway. Lots of great talk. Got to the job done fairly quickly. I wasn't home when they did work. When I looked a it, all the agreed work was not completed and the work that was complete needed some flaws repaired. I advised Alex and he agreed. He said they would be back in a few days to complete work as agreed. He was paid fully for the job and after several attempts with calls and texts he never showed up to complete the work, even after setting a couple tentative dates. I also did not receive any refund of fees paid even though the agreed work was never completed. The workmanship, product, customer service an warranty of completed work is terrible with this company. Do yourself a favor and headaches by staying away from this contractor for your upcoming projects. Lots of talk and empty promises. Terrible contractor and not customer focused.

Excellent job, very good customer service and experience, Alex is very honest and willing to work with the customer, I really appreciate his help and wish him success with many more customers
