a company that should not be in business
they are not capable of putting any pool period
excavation site not done properly ,
equipment not installed properly
concrete around pool a few centimetres deep you could reach behind it . a complete joke.
had to hire another company to take the pool out , and do everything from the start costing ++
dont get fooled
they take all the money upfront and take you hostage w ground excavated and they demand the balance before doing anything further ...

So we hired this company as a Latham dealer to come and install our pool in 2020 for 2021 install. Then there were delays due to Covid. But finally in 2022 they said our pool was coming. They came and started work, digging out the pool and preparing the patio. They said pool delivery was like 2 weeks away and they needed deposits for interlocking, which had already been priced and agreed to. So we paid what was required in good faith and waited. Pool kept getting pushed but finally showed up in Oct. But since Oct the company has repeatedly tried to get us to take low quality work and interlocking or charged us crazy rates for changes. Now we have found out they are not Latham dealers any more. Yet they wont refund our deposits, they just keep us on hold and nothing gets done. So avoid this company at all costs.
